About the Show

Fish Temagami was first conceived as an idea to add some media elements to Mike's tourism business, but it was quickly well received and thoughts broadened to include a wider audience that might take an interest in the beauty that Temagami has to offer and the challenges its fish present to the angling enthusiast.

Fish Temagami is the first major video endeavour of MD/MB Studios. This small production company is based in Temagami and currently composed of Mike Drenth and Mitchell Beaton. Mike lends his talent as writer/director/producer of Fish Temagami while Mitchell lends his vast talent to the motion graphics elements, scoring, and visual effects of Fish Temagami. While we may not being using state of the art equipment available to television studios, we still aim to bring a quality show to you in high definition to showcase the northern Ontario wilderness at its best at a budget we can afford. Our funding is limited and most will be going into promotion of the show. Most equipment costs is out of pocket for us, but we're doing what we love, and we hope that is what will come out crystal clear in our episodes.
